Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and lead the production team to achieve monthly sales targets
Maximise Advertising Spend driven out of Direct Clients
Maximise Advertising Spend driven out of the Ad Agencies
Perform account servicing and maintain good relationship with key clients
Identify and propose to maximise the spend in client advertising budgets
Develop, nurture new client relationships to offer Full Service, Specialised, BTL, Digital and Creatives
Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales

Requirements

5-10 years solid experiences background in media sales / advertising agencies, marketing and business development
Experience in B-to-B Sales Marketing with a fast-paced business environment would be an advantage
Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, time management and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic and good team player
Good command of English
Prior experience in advertising market is highly preferred
Work with the production and management to deliver 360 degree solutions for clients
Immediate availability is highly preferred
