Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the production team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maximise Advertising Spend driven out of Direct Clients
- Maximise Advertising Spend driven out of the Ad Agencies
- Perform account servicing and maintain good relationship with key clients
- Identify and propose to maximise the spend in client advertising budgets
- Develop, nurture new client relationships to offer Full Service, Specialised, BTL, Digital and Creatives
- Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
Requirements
- 5-10 years solid experiences background in media sales / advertising agencies, marketing and business development
- Experience in B-to-B Sales Marketing with a fast-paced business environment would be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, time management and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic and good team player
- Good command of English
- Prior experience in advertising market is highly preferred
- Work with the production and management to deliver 360 degree solutions for clients
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
