    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities and lead the production team to achieve monthly sales targets 
    • Maximise Advertising Spend driven out of Direct Clients
    • Maximise Advertising Spend driven out of the Ad Agencies 
    • Perform account servicing and maintain good relationship with key clients 
    • Identify and propose to maximise the spend in client advertising budgets
    • Develop, nurture  new client relationships to offer Full Service, Specialised, BTL, Digital and Creatives 
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales

    Requirements

    • 5-10 years solid experiences background in media sales / advertising agencies, marketing and business development
    • Experience in B-to-B Sales Marketing with a fast-paced business environment would be an advantage
    • Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets
    • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, time management and problem solving skills
    • Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic and good team player
    • Good command of English
    • Prior experience in advertising market is highly preferred
    • Work with the production and management to deliver 360 degree solutions for clients
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred
